The rules
Eligibility
The scholarship giveaway is open to all citizens of the United States aged 17 and above, who are interested in pursuing a career in esthetics. Employees and family members of employees of VKMD are not eligible to participate.
Nomination Process
To enter the scholarship giveaway, individuals must visit www.vkmd.institute and complete the nomination form. Participants may nominate themselves or someone else whom they believe is deserving of the scholarship.
Selection
The winner of the scholarship will be announced on or after October 2, 2023. The announcement will be made on the school's website, as well as through other communication channels chosen by VKMD Institute of Medical Aesthetics.
Scholarship Redemption
The scholarship funds are in total $10,849.00 and will be awarded directly to the school on behalf of the nominee, and will be used towards tuition fees for enrolling in the 600-hour general esthetics course program at VKMD.
Non-Transferable
The scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. This scholarship is for the purposes of the nominee attending VKMD Institute of Medical Aesthetics and not for any other schools.
Publicity
By entering the scholarship giveaway, participants grant VKMD the right to publicize their names and photographs in connection with the announcement of the scholarship recipient, without any additional compensation.
Privacy
All personal information collected during the nomination process will be handled in accordance with VKMD's privacy policy.
Modifications
VKMD reserves the right to modify or cancel the scholarship giveaway, in whole or in part, if unforeseen circumstances arise or if it becomes necessary to ensure fairness and integrity.
Legal Requirements
The scholarship giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
